Catholic Advancement Network for
Development, Leadership and Excellence

The CANDLE Network is more than just a series of programs—it’s a collaborative membership community where Catholic school leaders and board members learn together, share resources, and support one another in strengthening advancement and board leadership efforts. Through a dynamic mix of workshops, webinars, coaching, and peer networking, members gain access to proven fundraising strategies and tools, expert guidance, and a powerful network of peers.

This is made possible for free to schools and organizations in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia through the generosity of the Ambassador's Fund for Catholic Education.

What Membership Includes:

✔ Advancement Workshops & Webinars – Learn and collaborate through in-person and virtual sessions on fundraising best practices.
✔ Advancement Accountability Coaching – Get personalized support for advancement staff, principals, and development chairs.
✔ Board Webinars and Workshops - Learn how to deliver a board orientation program for new members, develop high-functioning committees, and much more.
✔ Peer Learning Communities (PLCs) – Connect with other Catholic school leaders to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and share success stories.
✔ Exclusive Resource Library – Access plug-and-play tools, including fundraising templates, donor engagement strategies, event planning checklists, and more.

When you join the CANDLE Network, you’re not just gaining access to resources—you’re joining a community of dedicated professionals working together to advance Catholic education.

As a product of Catholic education for 17 years, I deeply understand the transformative impact of Catholic schools. Now, I am committed to equipping school leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to strengthen their schools. Through coaching, workshops, and peer learning, I help Catholic school leaders navigate the business side of education—ensuring their schools are not only mission-driven but also financially sustainable and positioned for long-term success.

During my ten years at the Healey Education Foundation, I learned from and served elementary and secondary Catholic schools as an advancement and governance coach and delivered development and governance learning content to a national audience. For eight years, I served in major gifts and alumni relations leadership roles at St. Joseph’s University, the Fox Business School at Temple University, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Let's Grow Together.
